St Nicholas' Church

St Nicholas Church is a friendly place of worship and community. Our church tradition is central and services are relaxed. We enjoy some aspects of both ‘high’ and ‘low’ church worship which reflects the varying backgrounds of members of the congregation. Our main Sunday Service takes place at 10am. Most of our services are Common Worship and Eucharistic but we are introducing more non- Eucharistic services to cater for all-ages and those on the fringe of the church and also to add variety to our worship. Music plays a significant part in the worship at St Nicholas; we have a new combination/hybrid organ and an excellent robed choir (adults & children). We also have an award-winning bell ringing team.
